We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA professional to ensure our software and products meet the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in testing functionality, usability, and performance across multiple platforms and devices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.
- Participate in regular QA meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements / Skills:
- Proven experience in software QA / testing.
- Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, Jira, TestRail, Basecamp).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
