Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will coordinate between teams, manage client communication, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects according to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project updates to clients and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in software or IT projects
- PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
